Following a strategic hiring process, Aaron Cokley has been selected to serve as the next assistant principal at McMicken Heights Elementary School.
Mr. Cokely most recently served as a school counselor and administrative intern in Northshore School District. He previously served as an elementary teacher in South Carolina and Atlanta.
Mr. Cokley holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Clemson University, a master’s degree in school counseling from Capella University, a master’s degree in educational leadership and principal certification from University of Washington, and a school counselor certification from Washington State University. He is fluent in American Sign Language.
