What is APTT? One of the structures McMicken has implemented for many years is the APTT model, or the Academic Parent Teacher Teams. An important part of the model is a strong partnership with families that has an impact on student learning. Teachers will share key academic goals with families and make some suggestions for activities that you can do at home together that do NOT involve a computer and that maximize joyful time with each other. We have always valued our relationship with our families, you are your children’s first teacher and in distance learning, many of you are co-teachers as well. We appreciate you!
